The YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester is offering a free workshop on budget basics for women on Feb. 27 as part of its “Y Success” program focusing on women’s advancement and financial empowerment.
The workshop, which is open to the public, will feature a presentation by Donna Ruzzi and Linda McQuilkin-Jackson of Citibank, on basic money management skills, setting goals, developing a spending plan, reducing expenses and debt reduction. The workshop is aimed at helping you to manage your household’s resources and achieve your financial goals.
Registration begins at 6 p.m, followed by the presentation from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. There will be a question and answer session and plenty of time for networking.
The YWCA is located at 515 North St. and free parking is available.
