With significant winter weather headed our way, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has decided to cancel two upcoming disaster recovery workshops in Westchester and Rockland counties.
The Westchester workshop was slated for Saturday, Feb. 9, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Town Court in Valhalla. The Rockland workshop was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 8, and Saturday, Feb. 9, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rockland County Immaculate Conception Church in Stony Point.
FEMA will issue an update when the events are rescheduled.
