The Town of Greenburgh is inviting kids and their parents to attend a Valentine’s dance on Feb. 8 at the multipurpose center in Anthony F. Veteran Park.

Children in kindergarten through fifth grade are encouraged to bring a parent or adult relative/friend to enjoy an evening of music and dancing. Participants will get the opportunity to have their picture taken, and receive a copy of the photo via email.

[1]Organized by the town’s Department of Parks and Recreation, the dance will run from 7 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person if purchased in advance, and $10 on the day of the event.

Tickets can be bought Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the registration office, which is located in the park. The advanced registration deadline is 4 p.m. on Feb. 7.

The town says you must preregister before the event. For more information, contact PJ Murphy at 693-8985×116, or email her at pmurphy@greenburghny.com.
