Take a trip back in time this winter as the Westchester Jazz Orchestra continues celebrating its 10th season by covering the musical contributions of legendary performing artists, including Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell and Billy Joel.
The ensemble is scheduled to perform at Irvington Town Hall Theater on Feb. 2 at 8 p.m. Come showtime, the group will also play covers of hits from James Taylor and Carole King.
Patrons are encouraged to arrive at 7:15 for “Open Mike,” an interactive conversation with some of the musicians and the group’s artistic director.
For tickets, contact the theater box office at (914) 591-6602 or call the jazz orchestra at (914) 861-9100. Reserved seating tickets are $40 for adults, $35 for seniors and $15 for students.
Groups discounts are also available. The event’s snow date is Sunday, Feb. 3 at 1 p.m.
