The Children’s Learning Center at the YWCA White Plains and Central Westchester is currently accepting applications for the fall.
One of the region’s longest operating facilities, both full- and part-time early care and education programs are offered for infants to elementary school. Applications include full-day, part-day and afterschool programs.
Instructors trained in early education use The Creative Curriculum® for the center’s infants, toddlers and preschoolers. This specialized enriching program offers appropriate programs for each child, helping create progress and success in all developmental areas. Recreational activities include gymnastics, swimming and other sports.
For elementary students, the center offers a Breakfast Club and After School Program.
The Children’s Learning Center is licensed by the state Office of Children and Family Services.
Located at 515 North St. in White Plains, the center is open weekdays, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
