White Plains will observe Flag Day on Thursday (June 14) with a ceremony to be held at 4 p.m. on the steps of City Hall. The event will include a presentation about the flag and its history, music, a poetry reading and remarks by Mayor Thomas Roach. Refreshments will be served. The ceremony is to be held rain or shine. City Hall is located at 255 Main St.
