Community Housing Innovations will hold a housing lottery for first-time homebuyers interested in purchasing homes at Minerva Place Condominiums for as low as $265,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and $210,000 for a one-bedroom. The lottery will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday at 5 Minerva Place in White Plains. Assistance grants are available; income restrictions apply.
