The Editorial Board revisits the issue of drunk driving with a panel discussion 1 p.m. Tuesday on LoHud.com.
The discussion, one year since Diane Schuler’s drunken, wrong-way crash on the Taconic River Parkway claimed eight lives, focuses on what has transpired in the time since.
Panelists include Joan Bonsignore, executive director of the Westchester chapter of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence; Rocco Pozzi, Westchester County Commissioner of Probation; Rockland County Court Judge Charles Apotheker, who presides over Rockland County Drug Court, and Debbie Maidman, whose nephew, Paul, was killed by a drunk driver this spring.
