White Plains and Valhalla region

Here is a list of the candidates for Boards of Education in the Greenburgh, Elmsford and Valhalla school districts. The filing deadline for candidates was 5 p.m. today.

Greenburgh (one seat, three-year term); a successful ballot proposition last year goes into effect this year, reducing the number of trustee seats from 9 to 7. Trustee J.D. Cruz is not seeking re-election.
