The busy Central Avenue shopping corridor in Greenburgh will welcome another national drugstore chain next year.
Walgreens will open at 870 Central Park Avenue, the former site of the Mont Parnasse restaurant. The pharmacy retailer has signed a lease agreement in excess of 25 years. The store will be developed by Marc Steinberg of Mark Development and open by mid-2010.
The pharmacy chain will also open a store on South Broadway in Yonkers next year. Locations are planned in Eastchester and White Plains.
