The Westchester County Clerk’s Office will park its mobile office just outside its regular office on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’ll be in front of the County Courthouse at 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in White Plains.
Community outreach staff can assist visitors apply for a U.S. passport, including having a photo taken. A birth certificate and valid identification are needed, and there are special requirements for children under 16.
