Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced a six-count indictment against the man, Rafael Roldan, on charges that include second-degree murder, second-degree arson, first-degree assault, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, all felonies. Attending the press conference was family members of fallen Firefighter Patrick Joyce who was killed in the blaze and Lt. Joseph Murphy who was serious injured along with another firefighter.
